Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus about 1 lb
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple Onion Onion Seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt
  • 1 lemon optional, but highly recommended
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Rinse asparagus under cold water and then pat it dry. Snap or cut off the woody ends.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Arrange asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle it with the olive oil and make sure each spear is well coated.
  • Sprinkle on seasonings.
  • Roast for about 10-15 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
