Preheat oven to 425 F
Cut potatoes lengthwise in half
Cross-hatch the potatoes about halfway through each half, cutting each direction, so that the potatoes can absorb the yumminess when roasting
Melt stick of butter in a 9x13 pan in microwave for 1 minute
Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the butter and 3/4 of a cup of the Parmesan Cheese
Put potato halves face down in the butter, brush butter on tops and sprinkle remaining 1/4 c of parmesan cheese on top
Roast in oven for 30 minutes (25 minutes if the potatoes are on the small side
