2cupsbroccoli floretschopped into bite-sized pieces
1cupcherry tomatoeshalved
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupgrated Parmesan cheese
3/4cupmilk
1/4cupbutter
2tbspTastefully Simple Garlic Garlic Seasoning
1teaspoonTastefully Simple Mama Mia Marinara Seasoning
1 teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tri-color rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, add the chopped broccoli to the pot. Drain the pasta and broccoli in a colander and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic and Mama Mia Marinara Seasonings and cook for 1-2 minutes until butter is browned.
Pour the milk into the skillet, and then gradually add the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring constantly to create a smooth, creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the cheese sauce, stirring gently to evenly coat the pasta and vegetables.
Gently stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, taking care not to break them.
Remove from heat and let the dish sit for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Optional: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for an added pop of color and flavor.
