Hi-dee-ho neighbor, I’m Julie.

Hey there. My name is Julie Cabinaw and I started this blog originally as an experiment to help with my day job. I have worked at the corporate headquarters of two different direct sales organizations (Scentsy and now Tastefully Simple) and I am a firm believer in individuals being able to drive toward whatever future they might want, whether that is through direct sales, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing or content creation.

I’ve been in the corporate world since 1994, always working in the digital space. That has included stints in product management at some of the biggest digital companies in the world, like Microsoft, Amazon and HP, as well as in digital healthcare and in digital for direct selling organizations.

As of late, I really want to also work on my own brand. I’m 50 years old now, and my work life is expanding to include my passions of cooking, health, crafting and travel. I am excited to share my experiences with you!
